Brand Creation of L’Uomu Nokka – Finnish Organic Broiler
Branding, Packaging, and Website: Contrasting Visual Identity
In Finnish supermarkets, broiler chicken is typically packaged in orange packaging. However, L’Uomu Nokka is a completely different product, the one that comes from a more ethical and sustainable source, far removed from factory-farmed poultry.
To emphasize the contrast in both quality and origin, we deliberately chose a branding approach that would stand out from the usual supermarket norms. By using bold, contrasting colors, we wanted to create a visual identity that immediately communicated the premium nature of the product. Our goal was for customers to notice, feel, and appreciate the difference at first glance, recognizing not only the distinct packaging but also the higher quality of L’Uomu Nokka.
LÚomu Nokka organic broilers are Hubbard CY, an organic breed that is able and allowed to move around freely. Nokka broilers are raised on Finnish organic farms on Finnish organic feed. They enjoy plenty of daylight and fresh air as they run around in a garden, digging and socializing. Finnish nature, with its forests, thousands of lakes, and variance in daylight between the seasons, gives the Finnish organic broiler a distinctive clean taste. Finnish food safety is world-class.
